Customer App:

Location is collected when booking a service to identify service availability and nearby providers.

Driver App:

Location is collected to:

  • Track service progress
  • Enable accurate dispatch and assignment
  • Confirm service completion

Provider Panel:

Location-related data is used to define service areas and manage assignments.

3.2 Background Location Usage (Driver App)

The Driver App may collect location data even when the app is running in the background, strictly for:

  • Navigation to service locations
  • Real-time service tracking
  • Ensuring timely and accurate service fulfillment

Background location access is only active during an active service or shift and is never used for advertising.

  • Match customers with nearby providers and drivers
